2011 - 2015

Upper Clash was created by Leon Bailey-Green who, since 2011, has run events connecting hundreds of retail directors and heads responsible for e-commerce and marketing. He has worked on projects to showcase industry leaders, creating the first influencer list, Online Fashion 100, which was published by The Independent and British Vogue Online. Leon was praised by fashion business magazine Drapers for his ability to foster industry connections in its 30 Under 30 list.
