Global relationships for retail post-Brexit

By 2019, at the latest, Britain will no longer be part of the European Union. The UK will be establishing a new relationship with the EU and striking its own trade deals with the rest of the world. This will present opportunities and challenges for retail and consumer brands.

UPPER CLASH facilitated a dinner discussion for retail and consumer brand directors and industry experts to share thinking and ideas on post-Brexit trade.

The group of fourteen discussed cross border tax implications, changing internal team structures to deal with new challenges, short term gains from the weaker pound and which international markets show the most (profitable) promise.
