ABOUT
The more choice you can offer customers at checkout, whether they’re online or in-store, the better.
But what checkout choices should you be offering customers? Join this session to ask experts about their solutions.
This is a one hour meeting that will take place on Zoom. Professionals working for retailers and brands are invited to register to join using the form on this page.
Pay By Bank Transfer
We’ve seen widespread adoption of buy now, pay later options, and pay by bank transfer could be the next big thing.
If your e-commerce store offers pay by bank transfer, you can promise your customers quicker refunds through the faster payments system. A selling point that can nudge customers that need reassurance of a speedy refund to convert.
Harry Luscombe, co-founder of Boodil, a pay by bank transfer solution for e-commerce businesses, will be joining this meeting to explain more and answer questions.
Digital in-store receipts
The UK prints 11.2 billion non-recyclable paper receipts each year. Retailers can free customers of paper receipts by sending their purchase history to a digital wallet. Many customers are reluctant to receive email receipts, for fear of ending up on marketing databases, that’s where tech start-up Slip comes in with an alternative approach to paperless receipts.
Find out how it works with founder Tash Grossman.
Multiple Shipping Options
We all have our e-commerce courier preferences. Giving customers various options around who delivers their parcel and when can make all the difference to getting that order. If it’s a product needed sharpish, then offering rapid delivery at checkout is more than crucial.
Brandon Neman, co-founder at Bodo, keeps a close eye on the diversity of delivery choice offered by direct-to-consumer brands.
