Upper Clash was created by Leon Bailey-Green who, since 2011, has run over forty events connecting hundreds of retail directors and heads responsible for e-commerce and marketing. He has worked on projects to showcase industry leaders, creating the first influencer list, Online Fashion 100, which was published by The Independent and British Vogue Online.
