Claire Burrows, Founder, Air & Grace

After many years in the footwear industry, Claire Burrows grew increasingly frustrated with the notion that style and comfort were mutually exclusive. Taking a leap of faith, she founded her own brand, Air & Grace, dedicated to crafting stylish, luxuriously comfortable and responsible footwear for women. The brand is now marking its tenth year in business.



Yasmine Amr, Founder, Boop

As the former legal counsel for L'Oreal Group, Yasmine Amr brings extensive experience advising premium brands on operations, distribution, and marketing. Recently, she launched Boop, a platform for premium beauty and wellness products. Boop provides a second chance to products that may have been overproduced, reformulated, discontinued, rebranded or are aesthetically imperfect, offering them to customers at discounted prices.

Zoa is an integrated rental solution, allowing clothing and accessory brands to offer their customers a pay-per-wear solution from their existing website. The company also operates Hirestreet, a consumer facing multi-brand rental platform featuring brands such as ASOS, Nobody's Child and River Island. Shan Mandora leads on commercial.

Tom Higgins in the co-founder of Gifta, a company which operates as a seeding service, placing products in the hands of nano-influencers. Content creators receive no payment and are not obligated to post, fostering genuine feedback and authentic content. They've worked with brands like Heinz, Skin Proud, Beauty Pie and Cantu.


Hannah Ivory, Founder, Ivory Comms

Hannah Ivory, former Global Press and Influencer Manager at NEOM, has extensive experience in elevating the profiles of beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands. She is well-equipped to provide expertise on how PR strategy intersects with all marketing channels, even influencing distribution opportunities with retail partners.



Mischa Alexander, UK Lead, Fashioncheque

Fashioncheque, the largest fashion gift card in the Netherlands boasting over 10,000 retail partners, is making its debut in the UK. Renowned brands like H&M, Rituals, Foot Locker and Zalando are already part of the programme across Europe. Shoppers can explore a wide spectrum of fashion retailers, both online and offline, from high-end boutiques to popular chains. Mischa Alexander will elaborate on the marketing advantages for brands - commission is only payable once a shopper purchases, making it a risk-free and cost-effective sales channel.
