Caroline brings over 15 years of experience in leadership roles across fashion and beauty, with a strong track record of building marketing and digital functions for global brands. In recent years, she has worked with a number of luxury beauty companies (Augustinus Bader, Medik8, Lyma, Noble Panacea) in both permanent and consultancy capacities, reporting to founders, boards and private equity owners. Caroline has led global marketing teams and driven strategic brand initiatives at scale. In this session she will explore the psychology behind customer retention, building loyalty in competitive markets, and why retention strategies differ for premium and luxury brands.


Emily Bullman, Consumer VC

Emily is a venture capital investor at JamJar Investments, the firm which backs consumer brands including Wild, With Nothing Underneath, Skin Rocks and Lick. With over a decade of experience in finance and venture capital, she previously held an investor role at True, where she sat on the boards of portfolio brands such as Fable, Bedfolk and Fluus. In this session, Emily will outline the customer retention metrics investors value, why not all loyalty is worth pursuing, and how strong brands earn full-price loyalty.
